Millions of customers—including the fastest-growing startups, largest enterprises, and leading government agencies—are using them to lower costs, become more agile, and innovate faster. This team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

We are looking for a Marketing Content Writer You will work with product, services, sales, and PR teams to create compelling content to help customers understand use cases and value propositions, as well as support marketing campaigns and events that drive customer engagement and adoption. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology services and translating how technology can be used across retail businesses as they move to the cloud, adopt technologies, and look for innovation across their value chain.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop audience-specific messaging, marketing content, and go-to-market materials for retail industry brand awareness and adoption.
  • Support content development and project management needs associated with internal and external events including, but not limited to, presentations, demonstrations, websites, attendee guides, social content, and digital marketing materials.
  • Maintain and support industry blog content, review requests and process applicable stories in conjunction with established marketing themes.
  • Craft and develop compelling customer stories, content, and tools (i.e. case studies, video testimonials, infographics, webinars) that support the retail industry in collaboration with service, sales, and PR teams.
  • Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics to be used in monthly reporting initiatives.
  • Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.


  • 5-7 years of professional experience as a Marketing Content Writer within an agency or in house setting.
  •  Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
  •  Experience working cross-functionally to achieve business outcomes.
  • -Experience managing, measuring, and analyzing marketing performance in various channels.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  •  Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.65 to $49.61 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
