The events marketing coordinator is responsible for day-to-day event support and operational execution for Client’s Product Marketing team. This person will be responsible for the following tasks:

Events Support: Collaborate with the marketing coordinator to manage Workfront intake requests such as contract execution, opening POs, building online event pages. Help to oversee request tracking, and ensure timely approvals for event-related activities.
Design Management: Manage intake requests, liaise with external vendors, and ensure proper tagging of all Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) on requests for streamlined communication and coordination.
Reporting: Utilize Quip and How Many to manage operational reporting for measuring event effectiveness. Take ownership of monthly 2×2 metrics reporting to track and analyze key performance indicators.
Event Content Updates for Wiki: Analyze and update our internal Wiki page with event-related content. Create materials to support PMMs during events. Provide suggestions for enhancing existing content offerings

Must Haves:

  • Comfort with self-service atmosphere: experience working in autonomy and researching materials: This indicates the candidate should be comfortable working independently, conducting researching, and finding solutions autonomously. A self-driven attitude and the ability to navigate tasks and challenges without constant supervision.
  • Detail orientation: attention to detail to prevent errors, ensuring high-quality outputs. Comfortable executing details with accuracy and precision.
  • Experience managing/coordinating event marketing details in a fast paced environment: ability to handle multiple task simultaneously.
  • Strong written communications: effective writing communication, including creating event materials, updating documentation, communicating with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in data tools such (ex. how many and quick sight)
  • Experience working with Client preferred
  • Experience working in Adobe Workfront Project Management Software and SplashThat
  • Ability to work in a fast paced work environment

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.57 to $31.74 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
