Join our team to support business functions by managing Workfront requests, creating Site Build Docs, and handling Tempo uploads. This role balances editorial, creative, and site merchandising skills to assist in developing, launching, and optimizing cross-category seasonal campaigns and corporate initiatives throughout the digital store (website, mobile, e-circular).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Workfront Requests: Coordinate and process Workfront requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Create Build Docs: Develop and maintain comprehensive Site Build Documents to guide project execution.
  • Upload and QA Site Pages: Handle Tempo uploads and perform quality assurance for site pages to maintain high standards.
  • Campaign Development: Assist in planning and executing editorial merchandising and site strategies for seasonal campaigns and corporate initiatives.
  • Content Development: Support the creation of marketing assets and curated shopping experiences that include inspirational and guided selling content like articles, recipes, videos, and buying guides.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Digital Store Operations teams to align initiatives with company strategies and calendars.
  • Performance Evaluation: Gather and analyze metrics to find optimization opportunities, making informed recommendations to improve customer experience.
  • Project Management: Simultaneously execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communications across different teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent merchandising/e-commerce experience.
  • Experience: 2-3 years managing large editorial content or e-commerce campaigns, 2-3+ years in site merchandising, and 2+ years in project management.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, customer service, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience in retail, web, or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead diverse groups in a dynamic environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25-32/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
