Role Overview: The Content Editor/Writer will use our Generative AI proprietary tool to enhance the creation of engaging and SEO-friendly content across various platforms (website, social media, email, etc.). The person will play a pivotal role in crafting narratives and messages that align with the brand’s voice and refining / enhancing the content generated by AI to ensure it meets agency-grade quality standards. This role is crucial for maintaining the brand voice and making content relatable and engaging for the target audience and adheres to strict regulatory guidelines of the pharmaceutical industry.

 

Tasks

  • Participate in ideation sessions (online and in-person (Boston)), with the rest of the team to brainstorm on themes / content ideas based on documents / inputs provided by the brand teams and with the help of GenAI.

  • Edit and refine AI-generated content to meet high-quality standards and brand guidelines (articles, long website articles, short social media publications, emails).

  • Collaborate with the prompt expert to adjust prompts based on content quality, inputs from brand teams and audience engagement.

  • Write compelling headlines, calls-to-action, and content sections as needed to supplement AI-generated text.

  • Review and update existing content to improve SEO rankings, user engagement, and accuracy.

  • Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords into content without compromising scientific integrity or readability.

  • Ensure content is clear, engaging, and free of errors.

  • Work closely with the graphic designer to ensure text and visuals are integrated seamlessly.

 

Skills

  • Scientific background to ensure content accuracy and relevancy.

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare topics (incl. medical, legal, regulatory requirements and compliance in the US market) will be a plus

  • Native English speaker or demonstrating high fluency, with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.

  • Experience creating content across various formats and platforms, with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong grasp of grammar and style.

  • Understanding on how to prompt GPT or any other LLM (Large Language Model)

  • Expertise in SEO strategies, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.

  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and understanding of content management systems.

  • Strong research skills, with a focus on accuracy and detail, particularly regarding scientific and medical information.

  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity.

  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
