Non-IT Program Manager

The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals.
  • Execute defined communication and business rhythms such as newsletters, town halls, business revies, etc.
  • Support internal events such as summits and leadership meetings.
  • Confer with management, partners, and internal stakeholders to define project specifications and procedures.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets.

Skills:

  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Knowledge of project management principles, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
  • Knowledge of internal communication platforms.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • 5-7 years experience required.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $64 to $68 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
