Our Agency client is seeking a highly organized, communicative and results-oriented Digital Producer for a 3-month, remote, full-time assignment. In this role, the producer will work closely with the CEO, CD, and Clients/Stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout, and milestones/timelines are met at each touch point.

  • Ideal candidates have experience leading cross-functional teams in successful website rebranding projects, including development. Skilled in project management, client/stakeholder communication, and driving website launches within budget and deadline constraints.
  • Ideal Candidates have experience coming into a project towards the final push AND kicking off new projects from scratch – through final delivery.

Website Rebranding Expertise you have:

  • Managed website rebranding projects from initial client consultation to successful launch, fostering clear communication and managing expectations throughout the process.
  • Collaborated with designers, developers, copywriters, dev team to ensure brand consistency across the new website, keeping clients and stakeholders informed of progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Conducted thorough Quality Assurance (QA) testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and user experience of the rebranded website meets the highest standards.

Additional Skills:

  • 4+ years of agency or in-house experience, BONUS if you’ve worked on B2B projects.
  • Strong project management/Comms with experience using tools like Asana, Slack, Outlook
  • Experience working in Figma, Miro
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach with a knack for interpreting website analytics and user behavior

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.00-$47.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
