We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executing 3rd party trade shows and conferences with a focus on lead generation (MQLs) and proficiency in using SalesForce. This role involves developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns targeting c-suite and senior decision-makers through bespoke initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to engage c-suite and senior decision makers through bespoke, 1-to-1 and 1-to-few initiatives.
  • Engage customers using bespoke marketing channels such as Webinars, Direct Mail, 3rd Party Events, and 1st Party Executive Engagement Events.
  • Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product stakeholders, as well as external agencies and partners to define, manage, and prioritize work.
  • Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance.
  • Plan and execute 3rd party trade shows and conferences to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for sales follow-up.
  • Utilize SalesForce to manage and track leads, ensuring seamless integration and handoff to the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in executing 3rd party trade shows and conferences with a focus on lead generation (MQLs).
  • Strong proficiency in SalesForce.
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns targeting c-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills to compile, analyze, and present performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with bespoke marketing channels such as Webinars, Direct Mail, and Executive Engagement Events.
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44 to $48/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
