The successful candidate is a self-starter who has a track record managing and delivering dynamic projects simultaneously with minimal oversight.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Passion for UX and design with 5+ years’ experience creating graphic and design content
  • Exceptional creativity in concept development, storyboarding, and problem solving
  • Clear mastery of Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), with strong visual design and typography skills
  • Excellent knowledge of macOS, iOS, and web platforms (expertise building websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus)
  • Experience working across a variety of stakeholders and levels, including with project managers, senior leaders, and content designers
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness to manage changing business requirements, projects, and resources, adapting accordingly and positively
  • Familiar with best practices in building Keynote presentations for use within the company, and an ability to synthesize quantitive and qualitative information in an easy to digest manner

In this role, you will take creative designs and adapt these ideas into products that communicate vision, priorities, and plans to team members across the PD&M organization. Partnering closely with PD&M Operations leadership and other team members in PD&M and Services, you’ll develop and translate content into a clear and compelling story—with pixel-perfect precision. You will play an active role in updating and maintaining elements of the internal PD&M Chorus website and Keynote presentations to communicate initiatives and programs to keep employees connected and engaged. This is an opportunity to use visual design to communicate PD&M’s strategic priorities and enhance the employee experience and organization culture. Above all, the role requires a dedicated individual who understands high standards and design aesthetic to the core. The position will also help build and manage a repository of communications templates for use by the broader PD&M Operations team, along with how-to guides and drop-in sessions to help the team build presentations as time permits.

Education and Experience

  • BA degree in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Instructional Technologies, Information Design, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with Marketing, Communications and/or User Experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58 to $60/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
