This is a temporary assignment for 6 months 

ONSITE in the Silicon Valley

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to join our Global Programs Team for our client. This role involves planning, executing, and monitoring various projects. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience in managing complex projects from start to finish, with a strong background in the ad industry and knowledge of our client’s messaging apps.


  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Policy, and Communications to align and execute partner programs.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring all dependent stakeholders are ready and tracking key milestones, risks, and contingency plans.
  • Manage complex projects across multiple program management workstreams.
  • Identify bottlenecks and balance business objectives against technical and operational constraints.
  • Establish best practices, promote knowledge sharing, and continuous learning across the Business Ecosystem Partnerships organization.
  • Independently handle partner and sales support operations, including managing queries, communications, and escalations.
  • Provide program progress updates to executive leaders, manage escalations and mitigations, and maintain project documentation.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on advertising partner programs and opportunities.
  • Develop internal and external communications, reports, and collateral for successful program launches and reviews.
  • Work with Data Science and Analytics to measure program efficacy and develop insights-driven processes.
  • Partner with Business Marketing teams to develop and execute activation plans to drive program adoption.


  • Ability to prioritize work streams and communicate priorities to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Strong operational skills to enhance team efficiency.
  • Experience working with global teams and understanding regional nuances.
  • Proven experience in east-west coordination and relationship management.
  • Comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of a start-up environment.
  • Experience managing budgets for individual activations and on a larger scale.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and basic SQL knowledge is a plus.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Top Must-Have Skills:

  1. High attention to detail to manage end-to-end program launches.
  2. Experience in managing communications with clients, partners, and sales.
  3. Experience managing GTM of a product or program throughout its lifecycle.
  4. Ad Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the ad industry and familiarity with messaging apps.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel for data reporting and processing.
  • Independent self-starter.

Role Context:

  • Typical tasks include coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, managing partner communications, and providing sales support.
  • Performance measured by timely completion of deliverables to meet launch deadlines.
  • This role is a backfill for an existing contractor.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $100 to $110/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
