Our client in Kohler, WI is seeking a Retail Syndication Analyst to join their team!

Basic Function: 

  • Coordinate content and submissions of content for retail, wholesale, and other external customer usage in online catalogs, special order systems, and print.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate acquisition, maintenance, and submission of content for our client’s brand catalog for all Home Depot US catalog submissions and maintenance.
  • Administer processes and procedures for export and submission of content to Home Depot US retail and wholesale catalog content.
  • Administer processes and procedures for export and submission of content from DataMart or PIM for submission to external developers of electronic catalogs, web site, kiosks, and similar applications based on requirements provided by Home Depot US.

Organization Relationships:

  • Frequent contact with content creating personnel in communications, marketing, and engineering organizations and other business units relative to creation, maintenance, and distribution of retail and wholesale Home Depot US catalog content.

External Business Relationships:

  • Frequent contact with outside developers of electronic catalogs, industry databases, and Home Depot US retail and wholesale web site developers.
  • Frequent contact with Home Depot US relative to their online catalog content and offline special order applications.
  • Frequent contact with Home Depot US retail and wholesale website developers, online special order or kiosk developers, and/or related data pool aggregators (Salsify, etc.).

Education and Experience: 

  • Experience with database management tools (MS Word, MS Excel) and developing simple to medium level of complexity queries and programs to manipulate data into forms and formats required for submission to internal corporate databases and external customer catalog databases is preferred.
  • Experience with image editing and manipulation tools (Photoshop).
  • Must be a strategic thinker, team player and possess good written and oral communications skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29 to $30/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
