Our client is seeking a Retail Asset Coordinator to join their team! This position will play a key role in their marketing department by ensuring all of their digital assets are available on their R/Etail partner sites. As Asset Coordinator, you must be able to organize and track all new digital assets for R/Etail as they are created and verify that they are displaying on partner sites as expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates asset management documentation – procedures and guidelines – that can be distributed to the greater team
  • Understand the importance of a company brand and strive to ensure all assets adhere to strict branding
  • Track all incoming assets and distribute them according to each individual R/Etail site management tool

Organization Relationships:

  • Frequent contact with R/Etail syndication team, Digital Asset Management team and Marketing merchants

External Business Relationships:

  • Frequent contact with R/Etail partners to their online catalog content and offline special order applications

Education and Experience:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
  • Extremely organized
  • Experienced in managing digital assets for a large volume of work
  • Experience working in a Digital Asset Management system
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to make decisions and develop and/or improve processes and procedures
  • Ability to create reports and/or policies to create positive influence and gain results
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of Adobe Photoshop

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24 to $25/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
