We have a new opening for a Training Analyst at SHC. As a Training Analyst, you will design and develop instructional materials that support Workday Finance training needs. You will set objectives, create a design plan, develop and test the training, pilot the training, and evaluate the training for ongoing improvements.

•Develop training materials, including instructor led training, job aids, quick reference guides, exercise guides, quick videos, eLearning demonstrations/tests.
•Design and develop instructor-led training for the Workday implementation following established instructional design methodologies.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize training design and content. Define learning objectives, course structure, learning content and assessments.
•Complete detailed analysis of each task to be trained/supported for target audience, business process, and systems.
•Follow company standards, guidelines, and templates to develop learning materials including student and facilitator presentations and guides, activities, scenarios, and assessments.
•Create instructional graphics, scenarios, or interactions. Write clear and effective instruction and facilitator text appropriate for the target audience. Conduct meetings with subject matter experts.
•Engage with subject matter experts for ongoing content review and validation. Receive and incorporate feedback. Self-manage assigned tasks and deadlines to complete deliverables. Proactively communicate issues and risks
•Monitor and analyze training utilization metrics to measure the effectiveness of training efforts and identify opportunities for optimization.
•Collaborate with Technology & Digital Solutions and security teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.

Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, or equal number of years of experience in a related field.

Experience
Minimum of three (3) years experience in instructional design, preferably in a healthcare or finance setting. Examples of work will be required at interview
MUST HAVE Workday finance experience
Skilled Instructional Designer with Workday Finance experience

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong understanding of Workday Finance.
Excellent instructional design skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using Word, PowerPoint, and eLearning software, specifically Articulate Storyline and Rise.
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Able to build learning paths by role for the end user.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Skilled at creating knowledge checks, scenario based exercises, and interactive tests on Storyline.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
Proficiency with creating documentation for Service Now
Learning Management Systems administration, especially registration and reports
Proficiency with Camtasia
Experience with classroom instruction or facilitation, a plus
