Marketing Assistant/Specialist II

Our client is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their team!!!

• Work closely with agency partners to build multi-level marketing campaigns and execute traffic-driving efforts to support sales and engagement goals
• Reporting on progress against goals and relevant campaign metrics to senior management.
• Creative asset production (in partnership with a dedicated design team)
• Develop A/B testing programs to optimize for sales and unit sell through

Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including social, on-device/mobile, and/or display
• Writing customer-facing copy that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the online customer
• Must be comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis. This includes familiarity with Pivot tables and other such functionalities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior management
BA/BS required

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing large scale marketing programs
• Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
• Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
• Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting
• Have relentlessly high standards and a high attention to detail.
• Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines
• Confident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for action
• Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $29.51 to $32.79 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
