Aquent’s leading insurance client is seeking a results-driven Marketing Operations Specialist who will execute some of their core marketing initiatives across email, web/portal and events. The ideal candidate is proficient with mastering a variety of technology platforms and a process-oriented team player who is capable of coordinating across stakeholders on time-sensitive efforts. The talent will support the team on high-profile marketing initiatives including managing web/portal updates in Drupal/Adobe, executing and reporting on email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, creating online/in-person events in Cvent and helping manage crucial CRM data in Salesforce. This is a role that performs a critical function in delivering our marketing strategy across multiple channels. 

This is a hybrid role that can be based in Newark, New Jersey or New York City and the assignment will last 12 months.  If you’re interested in having a direct impact on prominent marketing initiatives, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Required Skills:
– Ability to balance multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and quality
– Exceptional project management skills with an ability to deliver on time-sensitive tasks
– Detail-oriented with solid written and verbal skills
– Ability to work independently or across teams as needed
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate with key stakeholders including Marketing and Compliance to ensure approval and accuracy
– Create and update templates and copy/media
– Test and ensure accuracy of updates
– Deploy and support metrics reporting
– Provide operational support across the following platforms:
        – Email: Salesforce Marketing Cloud
        – Events: Cvent
        – Web/Portal: Drupal, Adobe, Proprietary platform

Preferred Experience:
– 2+ years of experience using a content management platform, e.g., Drupal or Adobe preferred
– 2+ years of experience creating/executing email campaigns in Marketing Cloud or a similar email platform preferred
– Familiarity with CRM platforms, e.g. Salesforce
– Familiarity with events platforms, e.g. Cvent

Extra Details: 
Within Salesforce Sales Cloud:
– Create campaigns based on marketing-defined audience segments
– Update records and objects based on appropriate review
– Credential management and offboarding
– Report monitoring to identify issues and coordinate data reviews with stakeholders
– Coordination of undeliverable emails after mailings
– Various data cleanup projects (i.e., clean up master fund table, Org Owner reassignment)
– Assist business validation during development testing (UAT)
– Update training collateral and support training sessions
– Semiannual user review license

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52 to $57 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
