Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. The Marketing Manager is responsible for forecasting and driving Retail Marketing initiatives to enhance the in-store experience. This role involves managing the development of in-store programs, coordinating with various internal teams, maintaining the marketing budget, and leading the creative development of in-store digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of in-store programs by crafting creative briefs and inspiring the creative team.
  • Evaluate creative materials and provide feedback to ensure alignment with the Retail Marketing Strategic plan, Brand creative platform, and merchandise initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project management, art buying, and production teams to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Participate in content shoots, partnering with creative teams on pre-production details, and aligning on merchandise priorities.
  • Lead the creative development of in-store digital content, including dressing room monitors, Call Forward, Digital Screens, In-store messaging, and music.
  • Maintain and oversee the Retail Marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing Specialist, providing guidance and opportunities for skill development and growth.
  • Work closely with Store Brands, Store Operations, Store Design, Creative, Project Management, and Production teams to build consensus and drive results.

Skill & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Retail Marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent creative evaluation and feedback capabilities.
  • Experience with budget management.
  • Ability to lead and develop team members.
  • Strong collaboration and internal partnership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and lead creative teams.

  • Proficiency in digital content creation and management.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $45-49 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
