Join our clients Reveille Design System (RDS) team as an Experience Designer and help shape the future of our enterprise design system across web and native platforms, creating impactful and engaging digital experiences for our internal partners.

Experience Designer – Design Systems (Web / Native)
As an Experience Designer on the Reveille Design System (RDS) team, you’ll be helping to build, modify, grow, and optimize our clients enterprise design system across a variety of web and native platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, product owners, and key business stakeholders across the organization to create engaging and useful experiences for our internal digital partners. You should be an analytical and inquisitive creative who is able to apply your expertise to grasp user needs and solve complex design problems through a lens of feasibility, viability, and desirability. A strong portfolio of successful design project work is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ideation, synthesis, and development of design assets & documentation in Figma, Zeroheight, and other tools

  • Applies analytic reasoning and problem solving to complex design challenges

  • Develop and refine code-ready visual designs in accordance with team sprint plans

  • Periodically conducts or supports quantitative & qualitative user research, testing, and analysis to evaluate design assets

  • Works closely with members of the Reveille design & development teams, and with internal digital partner teams from lines of business across their, to ensure seamless integration of design assets

  • Provides design system guidance, education, support, and advocacy to digital partner teams

     

Requirements:

  • Junior- to mid-level experience designer (1-5 yrs. professional experience)

  • Strong understanding of user interface design, usability, information architecture, and interaction design principles

  • Knowledge of standard design patterns & conventions for web / native platforms (Google Material, Apple HiG). Previous experience working with enterprise design systems preferred.

  • Previous experience designing for DXM / CMS (digital experience management / content management system) platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) a plus

  • Experience with Figma and/or similar design tools as a key skill

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, cognitive sciences, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience

  • Remote *(onsite available, depending on candidate geography & preferences)

  • Portfolio of representative work, showcasing problem solving techniques based in human-centered design principles, required for consideration

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $35 to $40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
