Our client is looking for someone with experience in digital advertising and navigating large complex organizations – with strong ability to execute and drive breakthrough results. You should also have strong ability to communicate and articulate ideas and solutions that cultivates trust and drives client action. The right candidate should thrive in ambiguous and entrepreneurial environments and excited to build and craft effective ideas and creative across our platforms of today and tomorrow. Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Hands on experience building provocative presentations, mockups and videos
  • Set creative vision and build strategic plans that prioritizes the biggest opportunities, defines key work streams, and deploy aggressive go-to-market approaches that achieve short-mid-long term results
  • Build crucial relationships and influence with senior and working client teams across marketing, creative, and agency – that positions our client for success with large scale companies
  • Sell through and lead ambitious large-scale creative projects and solutions, end-to-end, that accelerates crucial business results for clients 
  • Operationalize creative data, metrics and insights driven approach that identifies the right creative challenges and blockers, tracks progress, and delivers long term sustainable progress
  • Build highest quality visual communication and narratives that inspire, influence and drives client action
  • Coordinate and align multiple internal cross-functional partnerships that navigates different goals and enables collaborative success

Must-Have Skills:

  • 10+ years of creative strategy with experience to quickly impact the largest scale/complex creative organizations
  • Proven experience identifying the biggest vertical challenges and develop, deploy and scale breakthrough ideas and solutions across account, vertical and region
  • Experience working with and leveraging creative data and research to unearth powerful and valuable insights
  • Creative fluency across Meta’s suite of ad products from Reels, Feed, Messaging
  • Looking for Creatives – must have worked on creative agencies, projection houses, are content creators themselves (provide portfolios)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Agency understanding and experience
  • Experience working with MBPs and Creators
  • Understanding and expertise in leveraging AI into creative workflow
  • Experience shooting videos, mock ups, etc.
  • AI experience – Meta or other tools to mock up and visualize concepts, messaging bots, content and reels creation for themselves or brands

Soft Skills:

  • Learn fast to quickly decode and deploy emerging capability at the speed of Meta technology
  • Flexible and adaptable – able to work in ambiguous environment
  • Team player, collaborative

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Other Requirements

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $95.61 to $105.61/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
