Our client at a well known financial services company is looking for a talent Marketing Manager to come and join their team. 

As the Marketing Audience Lead, you’ll set priorities and define problems for our client’s audience by collaborating with client segment teams, business groups, and senior leaders. With a deep understanding of our industry, business model, and competitive landscape, you’ll craft and implement marketing strategies to drive desired changes in audience behavior. You’ll work closely with research, sales, and product teams to develop insights that support business objectives, translating opportunities into actionable marketing plans. Leading an agile marketing team, you’ll deploy programs aligned with business goals and provide constructive feedback on creative direction. Building strong stakeholder relationships, you’ll oversee campaign reporting and segment analysis, measuring audience engagement and adapting marketing activities in real-time to maximize success. With a focus on ROI, you’ll use data to refine marketing efforts, demonstrating your ability to lead diverse teams, influence stakeholders, and manage complex projects effectively. A minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in asset management, wealth management, or mutual funds, is required, along with proficiency in current marketing technology and digital channels.


  • Ability to effectively plan and manage the work of diverse, multiple teams.
  • Influence groups and/or more senior associates.
  • Judgment in resolving matters of high complexity.
  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and develop/maintain working relationships inside and outside the organization to enable effective completion of business objectives.
  • Display effectiveness in leading/facilitating a variety of meetings.
  • Lead and manage projects across multiple teams or groups.
  • Demonstrates good knowledge of current marketing technology, tools and digital channels, including social media, search, content marketing.
  • Must have 7 years of experience in marketing, with asset management / wealth management / mutual fund marketing experience strongly preferred.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $58.52 to $65.02 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
