Job Description –

Seeking QA/Test Automation Engineer with the following skills and experience:

– Demonstrable experience of working in an Agile team as a QA/SET, collaborating with developers on test case definition, execution and automation.

– Proficient in Oracle Database SQL/Postgres, ideally Cloud variants such as CloudSQL.

– Experience testing containerized applications in Kubernetes/GKE, ideally in GCP.

– Experience testing J2EE, Tomcat or other Java Application Server based applications

– Solid working knowledge of UNIX/Linux

– Experience using continuous integration/deployment tools such as XLR, Bitbucket/Stash, Argo Workflows, Jenkins

– Experience using collaboration tools JIRA, Confluence

– Knowledge of trading, capital markets very useful

– Knowledge of Asset Management, banking, settlement domain would be helpful but not required

– Strong ability to learn new technologies and applications quickly. 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $35 to $45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
