Our well know technology client is seeking an experienced, thoughtful and entrepreneurial individual to help significantly grow our first party video streaming subscription services.

The position involves establishing their well known paid streaming platform & Sports partnership business roadmap and executing this plan. You will regularly interface with senior executives and collaborate closely with teams and our third party partners to implement programs that achieve business objectives.

In this role, you will work as a part of video business the team driving business engagements and partnerships between internal and external partners with Connected Home and MVPD partners (Smart Tvs/ Streaming Sticks/ gaming consoles and MVPDs) to grow first party video subscription and revenue.

You will be responsible for scaling the partnership growth plan and representing the video business in the development of technical integration necessary to execute strategic partnerships, from onboarding to managing ongoing success. You will contribute to planning and overseeing the defined strategy with internal teams and clearly and regularly update on progress and future proposals to senior leaders. You will collaborate with teams across business development, product, marketing, engineering and more – to ensure technical and business objectives are met.

Key Qualifications

• 7+ years of meaningful experience in media and/or digital video streaming

• Consistent record of successfully executing complex business and technical projects with both 3rd parties and cross-functionally within a global organization

• Strong analytical skills, confident leveraging metrics from multiple dashboards and analyzing growth funnel metrics

• Deep understanding of the connected home devices and MVPD landscape

• Direct experience in growing video streaming business and large scale partnership integration project

• Self-starter with a hands on attitude; is comfortable managing ambiguity while delivering results with minimal guidance

• Strong program management capability with exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills to develop strong working partnerships internal and external

• Comfort working closely with product and engineering, operations and business development teams to solve complicated challenges

• Energetic and collaborative teammate who never loses focus of the customer experience

• Have high standards and strive for the best customer experience, but are willing to be flexible and make compromises when necessary.

• Passion for entertainment, media, sports and consumer technology

• BS/BA degree or equivalent working experience

Experience with a Streaming business, TV OEM, MVPD, preferred

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $75.86 to $84 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
