Our well know Technology client with a fruit shaped logo is searching for a Project Coordinator to join their team! TThis role will be working on a hybrid basis in their Culver City office.

The Project Coordinator role is responsible for supporting various project-related activities to ensure their streaming platform’s is successful. This role involves managing tasks such as coordinating channel price increases, processing eCopy code requests, assisting with keynote presentations, and aggregating internal data. Additionally, the Project Coordinator aids in weekly and monthly reporting, oversees miscellaneous video projects, and verifies dates across internal systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.


  1. Handle data sets to forcast future success of various titles on their streaming platform
  2. Input data into excel to perform financial modeling
  3. Manage channel price increases: Coordinate and execute channel price adjustments in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Assist in preparing keynote slides: Support the creation and formatting of keynote presentations, incorporating relevant content and visuals as directed.
  5. Aid in weekly/monthly reporting: Assist in the compilation and analysis of data for weekly and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  6. Coordinate miscellaneous video projects: Manage various video projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, resource coordination, and quality control.
  7. Aggregate internal data: Gather and organize internal data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and reliability for analysis and reporting purposes.
  8. Conduct light reporting and/or tracking: Generate and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards to monitor project progress and key metrics.
  9. Manage channel sunsets across streaming platforms: Oversee the process of retiring channels from streaming platforms, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure a smooth transition.
  10. Verify dates across internal systems: Cross-reference dates and timelines across internal systems to ensure accuracy and alignment.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $37.33 to $41.48 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
