Looking for a Team Leader & Senior Contributor to work with an Experience Design team to lead large projects.
Remote, must be in Tri State Area to NYC. May need to come on site 1 time per month on average. 

• Proficiency in UI and UX design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, or other relevant software for creating wireframes, prototypes and hi-fidelity designs
• User research and analysis: conduct user research to understand user behaviors, pain points and areas of delight
• Ability to analyze data to derive insights about user behaviors and opportunities
• Capacity to align design strategies and initiatives to business objectives, user needs and brand guidelines, while identifying areas for optimal and differentiating experiences
• Develop ecosystem architectures to ensure a connected holistic user experience
• Ability to work with existing platforms and out-of-the box tools to create optimal user experiences
• 7-10 years of relevant experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, business objectives and timelines
• Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and drive clarity towards solutions
• Creative Problem-Solving: Capacity to think creatively and strategically to overcome challenges and find innovative solutions, considering multiple perspectives
• Leadership – ability to provide clear direction, lead by example and gain stakeholder alignment
• Flexible and adaptable – Ability to thrive in a changing environment where priorities may shift and new challenges may arise
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and balance competing priorities while maintaining quality in deliverables

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $60-65 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
