Our client in the Health Care Insurance industry is seeking a Web Content Specialist to join their team on a remote basis. This is a full-time contract role that will last 6 months, with potential for extension and/or conversion to full-time employment after 1 year. This is a fully remote position open to US candidates only (EST hours).

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably Contently, or alternatively, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). In this role, you will be responsible for authoring and optimizing web content, collaborating closely with the UX team, and ensuring high-quality content delivery.


  • Author and publish web content using Contently CMS 
  • Optimize web pages for search engines and relevant tags.
  • Collaborate with the UX team to enhance user experience and accessibility.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all web content.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for content optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web content management.


  • 1-5 years of experience working with a Content Management System (Contently or AEM preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new technologies and processes efficiently.
  • Proactive and able to work independently, showing initiative in problem-solving.
  • Experience in a regulated industry, particularly healthcare, is a plus.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30-45 / hr.  Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
