Our client is a global leader in sports footwear and apparel. They looking for a summer intern to join their team. This internship is fully in person Monday – Thursday.

What you will experience:

As the Product Merchandising of Footwear intern, you will contribute to the development of a multi-year Footwear product strategy, built on consumer and business insights, with an emphasis on basketball.

You will be tasked to research, synthesize, and communicate insights about our consumer, basketball & sneaker culture, and relevant fashion industry trends to contribute to our basketball strategy. We blend art with science to bring Converse’s vision to life.

This is a paid fellowship opportunity. This fellowship is located at the Headquarters in Boston, MA where we work together in-person Monday-Thursday each week. This fellowship runs during the months of June & July.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant major
• Demonstrates consumer curiosity with knowledge of Basketball, Sneaker, Fashion and/or Youth Culture
• Pushes self and others to collaborate cross-functionally to solve for consumer needs
• Contributes strong strategic-thinking skills
• Leads on a daily basis as a team player with a high degree of professionalism
• Ability to communicate in a professional environment


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 Per Hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
