This role will also require you to reliably and consistently run day-to-day business operations with a focus on rhythm of business, budget, internal comms, and team morale/training.

Rhythm of Business (ROB):
• Meetings: Creating, collating, and communicating meeting agendas, ensuring that all meetings have clear goals, looking for inconsistencies, reducing redundancies, ensuring that key meetings happen in the right cadence and order, etc. This includes planning and organizing content and venue & catering logistics for team offsites, morale events, and training events. Sourcing meeting hosts and guest speakers.

Yearly Planning/Forecasting:
• Project manage the planning process for the fiscal year
• Support team members on the bi-annual reviews process, partner with others to suggest a workback schedule that maps to the broader organization’s plan.

Team budget:
• Tracking transfers/changes, managing budget asks on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, tracking underspend and overages, and partnering with finance partners to understand discrepancies. Report out on budget monthly.
• Ensuring team members input into the team tracker and monitor for inconsistencies.
• Open team POs, process change orders/extensions, track invoicing, track accruals, etc.
• Manage interim approvals for team expense reports by checking for accuracy in charge categorization, required receipts, and overall corporate and team policy compliance.

Support GM:
• Support the GM in developing team wide and company communications
• Ensure GM is always prepared for upcoming meetings
• Make sure that our team goals are in every deck developed
• Support driving employee engagement
• Efforts around team culture and team morale
• D&I conversations
• Identifying opportunities to reward team members
• Celebrating and gifting new babies, weddings, deaths in the family etc.

Additional responsibilities as needed:
• Support the leadership team with team onboarding by ensuring new members are part of the appropriate distribution lists.
• Organizing and maintaining team file sharing on Teams. Teaching and encouraging team members to follow the proper saving formula.
• Manage vendor relationships (opening up, closing, and maintaining v- accounts)
• Working with agency partners to ensure events calendar is up to date, POs are delivered in a timely manner.
• Work with team signal ambassadors to facilitate and create implementation of solutions regarding signal results. This includes consolidating survey responses, identifying the top opportunities for improvement and preparing a deck for report out.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $61.03 to $67.81 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
