Aquent Studios is seeking an email marketing, analytically-minded Analyst to support automated, branded email management for a global hospitality leader. This person should have strong verbal and written communication skills. They will work to activate and deactivate campaigns and provide training and overall support for the program.

The role will work with stakeholders and provide daily/weekly updates. They will ensure the work is delivered and communicated on time and as expected. They will manage relationships with stakeholders and other vendors and provide regular updates to leadership. This role will manage escalations with workflows, tools, and results, and communicate this with leadership. 

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist clients in using proprietary and 3rd party tools for branded email experience  

  • Provide daily and weekly updates on email campaign status to stakeholders

  • Ensure work is delivered and communicated to stakeholders as expected and on time

  • Excellent stakeholder management experience with both client and vendor stakeholders

  • Robust planning and organizing skills

  • Operational day-to-day email support and inbox management with email campaign stakeholders

  • Provide property support during program enrollment and setup

  • Provide training, process documentation, and keep collateral updated 

  • Ensure escalations are addressed and responded to

  • Assist with tool QA, identification of bug fixes, and enhancements

  • Solution-focused with the ability to provide recommendations as needed

  • Strong understanding of email campaign best practices 

  • Possess excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple digital projects in different environments and with various resources at once

  • Escalate any issues that may affect email campaign success

  • Should there be an escalation, assist with potential workarounds and solutions. This should be done collaboratively with the Marketing Operations team and other stakeholders.

  • Provide outstanding client communications, both written and verbal, to property clients and the Marketing Operations team

  • Review campaign setup as needed, which may include proofing images, segmentation, grammar, and spelling

  • Cross-train across department tactics to assist teams as they need coverage

Compensation Range: $56- 62K

The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
