Our client is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to balance the creative needs of the commercial teams. In this position, the Traffic Coordinator will liaison between Creative and Sales, Marketing, and International to ensure all project details are captured and completed within a timely manner. Applicants should be highly organized, punctual, detail-oriented, and maintain a “can do” and positive attitude.

Essential Functions
• Coordinate with all departments to schedule inbound Creative requests and track each throughout completion.
• Ensure creative briefs are clear, concise and include all necessary information/assets for creative work to begin.
• Manage Creative timelines, including artwork routing and release.
• Ensure weekly project report is maintained and kept up to date.
• Identify, analyze, and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Understand Creative Studio’s capacity for new inbound requests & work with Creative Director to prioritize & assign requests accordingly.
• Ensure timely conflict/issue resolution and problem solving.
• Host kickoff meetings and distribute notes to project team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure action items are completed in a timely manner and follow-up where needed.
• Participate in larger program and campaign projects to support where possible.
• Attend all Creative meetings to assist in disseminating information and clearing roadblocks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and International to improve partnerships to support in accomplishing objectives.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional job-related duties as requested.

Required Skills and Experience
• Experience with Adobe Workfront is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in traffic / project coordination 
• Experience with timeline setup, task management, and running meetings.
• Experience with Project Management software (MSProject, WorkFront, SmartSheet, or similar).
• Experience with various Creative mediums (digital, print, video, or similar).

Preferred Skills
• 3 years industry experience in Creative / Ad Agency
