Details: This junior level position ensures that creative and marketing tools are maintained for our client and our client website. Responsibilities of this position includes enhancing the productivity of supported teams, tracking all development needs, coordinating and communicating between different teams, developing problem statements, writing use cases, maintaining contracts, and building good relationships. This position will also be responsible for testing some software functionality along with supporting and aligning stakeholders.Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications include highly organized, consistent follow through, thrives in a self-driven environment and excels in a quick business environment. Previous experience in working with vendors and multiple stakeholders. Some background in creative and photo studio workflows/tools, some technical requirements gathering, and/or some eCommerce experience preferred. A positive attitude, professional flexibility, and quick learners also preferred.

The Creative Training Manager​ will be responsible for accelerating training programs and materials for brands building their own assets on the Walmart platform. They will be responsible for advancing and developing communications and trainings for the Creative Certification program

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, managing and developing a learning path for our advertising partners that engage and inform.

• Help us scale by designing email comms and websites for external partners.

• Perform audits and work with creative counterparts to uplevel creative from external partners.

• Effectively scaling via tools/e-courses including support of online learning hub and identifying solutions to address FAQs

• Identifying training needs and opportunities to ensure alignment to overall goals of the program.

• Develop robust training content for webinars, workshops and program events.

• Manage and support existing creative trainings content within company platform and tools.


Manager’s Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of creative experience in digital media and marketing at tech platforms or ad agencies or brands or media companies

• Established skills in building and running external-facing training programs

• Proficient experience with training and development programs

• Possess broad knowledge of best digital practices

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


“The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $32.72 to $36.36 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
