Job Description:

As an Ecommerce Specialist at our Sporting Apparel Clinet, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance of our online sales. Collaborating closely with a team of specialists and under the guidance of the manager, you will be responsible for developing product assortments, interpreting market trends, and implementing effective marketing programs. Your insights will directly impact our online product offerings and contribute to the overall success of our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain product assortments for online sales, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer preferences.
  2. Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to curate online product offerings that resonate with our target audience.
  3. Assist in the development and execution of marketing programs to drive online sales and enhance brand visibility.
  4. Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to identify opportunities for business growth and optimization of online sales strategies.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform decision-making processes.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of online sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of online sales processes and strategies, leveraging best practices and innovative approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 0-1 years of directly relevant work experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.
    • Alternative qualifications may be considered:
      • PhD or Law degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
      • Master’s degree with 0-3 years of relevant experience.
      • Associate’s degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
      • High School diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems, particularly InRiver, is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results and exceeding goals.
  • Experience with Product information management (PIM) a plus

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $28.51 to $31.68 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
