Our staffing firm is actively seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the advancement of one of our clients pivotal products.   • Product Discovery and Documentation: Lead the discovery phase for a transitioning product, meticulously documenting the current and future states to steer the development journey.
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Capture and document the business and technical requirements within our Commerce Technology Team, focusing on commercial platforms.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work both independently and collaboratively with commercial teams to deeply understand current systems and envisage future enhancements.  
  • Requirements Gathering: Conduct meetings with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, maintaining open lines of communication with peers and leadership throughout.
  • Feasibility and Impact Analysis: Facilitate discussions to assess the feasibility of proposed features and their impact on existing operations.
  • Roadmap Management: Take charge of the product roadmap, focusing on prioritizing features that align with business needs and future visions.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data insights to inform product decisions, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Communication: Proactively update leadership on team progress, potential issues, and risk factors.
  • Documentation: Thoroughly document application functionalities and technical specifications.

Required Education & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a role such as Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, Engineer, or Engineering Manager, preferably with a focus on user interfaces, web services, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency and experience leading projects across multiple teams and disciplines.


  • Proficiency in business and functional requirement documentation.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Applications and collaboration tools like Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and drive initiatives forward.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for working effectively across diverse teams.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $70 to $76 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
