Job Description

  • Website compliance, spend/finance compliance, and projects including technology/tools compliance.
  • Work cross functionally with other teams to ensure websites meet both internal and external compliance and procedures. Such as ensuring cookies, banners, accessibility, etc. on websites. Maintain a tracking sheet of websites that are within compliance or pending updates.
  • Support the spend compliance and Purchase Order compliance for a financial team, such as mapping for accounts, maintaining activity ID, coordinating cost centers, etc.
  • Support technology compliance such as when a new tool or report is developed and providing compliance support.
  • Experience with cross functional teams and previous experience with compliance support, as well as some background in strategy planning and marketing tech tools. 

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience with Cross Functional Teams in a large tech corporation.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience with Reporting tools and spreadsheets such as PowerBI or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience with Compliance/Governance/Risk Management

“The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $45 to $53 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plans with company match.
