Calling all Presentation Designers on the EAST COAST!

Seeking a Sr. Presentation Designer to join our Pharma Agency client’s team for a short-term contract (up to 2 months) with the potential to extend based on mutual awesomeness (and projects in the pipeline).

You will be supporting distributed team, collaborating with members sitting in the UK and the EST coast of the U.S. 

In this dynamic role, you’ll be the magic behind transforming their presentations from bland to brilliant. Think: taking complex content and turning it into visually stunning, engaging stories incorporating animations and transitions along with embedded video and audio-visual design.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Breathe new life into existing templates, craft new decks from scratch, and add pizazz with icons and data visualization.
  • Collaboration is key! You’ll work hand-in-hand with the team (Agency, Scientific, Editorial)) to ensure presentations hit the mark.
  • The Creation (or re-creation) of assets (charts, infographics and other imagery) for use in presentations
  • Actively participate in the briefing process, working with both internal/external stakeholders to confirm the creative approach
  • Present creative concepts and ideas to both internal and external stakeholders (including requests for proposals [RFPs])
  • Share your design wisdom with our junior team members.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 5+ years of experience slaying presentations in an agency setting (medical/pharma experience a plus!).
  • Is an absolute PowerPoint pro, with additional skills in presentation software like Keynote, Prezi, and Google Slides.
  • Brings Ability to create multi-slide PowerPoint presentations to include complex content such as transitions, animations and embedded media
  • Applies meticulous attention to detail
  • Applies constructive and problem-solving approach to issues and challenges
  • Demonstrates commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Exhibits exceptional rapport with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Maintains positive and constructive approach when working under pressure
  • Commands the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) like a boss.
  • Has a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and can meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.

“The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $48.00 to $53.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.  Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.”
