Our well known Technology client is looking for a Senior Level Program Manager to come join their team. This role will be working on-site (hybrid) in their San Francisco office. 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $109.08 to $121.20 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

This program manager role requires a skilled professional with experience in PgM/TPgM methodologies. The ideal candidate excels at communication, keeping stakeholders informed. They are also data-driven, continuously improving processes. They can manage project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and navigate organizational change effectively. The ability to plan strategically and prioritize is crucial, as is building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels. Finally, a solid understanding of technical challenges and their program impact is essential.

Required Experience:

  • Communication: Effectively conveying program goals, progress, and risks to diverse stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Establishing systems to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Execution & Governance: Organizing and managing program activities to deliver results on time.
  • Change Management: Implementing changes across the organization with minimal disruption.
  • Planning & Prioritization: Developing program strategies, plans, and roadmaps.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding technical challenges and their impact on the program.
