Our client is in need of an Instructional Designer who can apply their development experience with Storyline 360 in a small, fast-paced environment. This candidate will build out eLearning courses that support client programs and the Digital SAT Suite of Assessments. These modules are digital interactive content designed to teach customers what they need to know for successful implementation and integration of the Suite, and include branching, triggers, voice over, Javascript, advanced graphics, and simulations – for an audience of adult users (educators, administrators, staff)


  • Develop to defined ISD standards and integrate visual design theory and elements to content
  • Develop to client brand guide
  • Design interactivity for users to engage with content and UX
  • Authoring content and scripts from manuals of SMEs
  • Integrate universal design standards software simulations
  • Assessment development with use of feedback and remediation
  • Quality assurance testing

Required Skills:

  • Must have experience developing throughout the ID life-cycle in a production environment (College/University courses do not qualify as industry experience for this client)
  • Storyline 360
  • LMS

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28 – $31.50/Hourly (W2). Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
