Senior Program Manager, Business Operations

Our retail membership client is member obsessed. They look to add value to their  membership, and they partner with suppliers to bring unique and exciting values to members. Our client’s Member Access Platform (MAP) is the nexus of the Supplier -Marketer- Merchant partnership and are responsible for delivering our suppliers (advertisers) impactful omnichannel member experiences that are married with measurable insights.

As the Senior Program Manager of Business Operations on our Member Access Platform (MAP) team, you operate with high integrity and strive to apply strong deductive reasoning in all situations. You are a highly organized and execution-driven professional with the ability to prioritize and drive multiple key initiatives to completion.

Directly reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you will play a critical role in aligning the MAP business and cross-functional partners towards delivery of strategic initiatives and workstreams, driving efficiencies throughout the organization and synergy with strategic communication and change management.

-Driving key MAP initiatives to completion by partnering with cross-functional leadership, ensuring data-informed decision making, prioritizing resources and ensuring accountability across multiple teams
-Driving informed decision-making and ensuring resolution of critical issues by partnering cross-functionally to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues within the business.
-Operate as a strategic partner across MAP teams to drive connectivity, change management and Ways of Working that scale
-Identify inefficiencies and revenue risk across campaign execution and optimization
-Implement new processes, policies & optimizations through change management
-Provide status updates to leadership, escalating key issues for resolution
-Monitors adoption & effectiveness of change management rollout to identify additional change/support needed

-You have stellar problem-solving skills, demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions with little guidance and craft high-quality, analytically sound, detail-oriented outputs
-You have experience working with product and engineering teams with ability to facilitate between business and technical associates
-You have experience leading change management across complex initiatives
-You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship building skills
-You possess the ability to thrive in a cross-functional, matrixed environment with highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem solving
-Ability to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic, quickly changing environment.
-Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with a strong focus on collaboration.
-Capability to work proactively under pressure and handling multiple ad hoc requests.
-Ability to advise partners on best practices and areas of opportunity.

Ideal Candidate:
-Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
-7+ years’ experience in business strategy or operations and/or other relevant fields
-Ecommerce or ad tech experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $47 to $52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
