Join our  healthcare client’s dynamic IT team as an SQA Analyst I, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring their software development meets the highest standards of quality. Work closely with software developers, SQA peers, and business stakeholders to develop comprehensive test plans, execute test cases, and maintain the highest levels of software quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Agile teams to create and document test plans and cases.
  • Review documentation for a thorough understanding of requirements and technical enhancements.
  • Perform manual and automated testing, documenting and resolving defects.
  • Develop, execute, and document regression and smoke test scenarios.
  • Utilize tools like Visio, Word, and Excel for documentation.
  • Participate in enterprise software upgrade testing and take the lead in waterfall project testing.
  • Communicate findings to IT stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of IT experience with progressive responsibility and 2 years in Software Quality Assurance.
  • Proficiency in automation tools and office productivity software.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification as a Software Test Engineer (CSTE) or Quality Analyst (CQA).
  • Experience with Selenium, Specflow, Microsoft Test Manager, and Team Foundation Server.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $44.87 to $49.85 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.  
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
