Job Description

We are a leading marketing and advertising agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of tier 1 client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with them. This position requires excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of tier 1 client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Collaborate with the creative team, marketing department, and media planning to ensure clients’ needs and expectations are met
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase retention and satisfaction
  • Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to develop new and effective marketing strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics to identify potential areas for improvement
  • Oversee project timelines and manage budgets to ensure successful and efficient execution of campaigns
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project status and gather feedback

 

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in account management in a marketing or advertising agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
  • Experience in senior living marketing is a plus
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Experience in managing a multi-disciplined team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits
