Our top healthcare client is seeking a skilled Presentation/Visualization Designer to join their team and provide crucial support in designing compelling investor presentations, particularly focused on Earnings Reports and Financial Communications. As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with the financial communications team and work alongside our CFO to craft visually engaging presentations that effectively communicate complex financial data and insights.

Responsibilities:

– Design and create visually appealing charts, graphs, and other visual elements to accompany earnings reports and investor presentations.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and effectively translate data into impactful visual narratives.
– Work within established templates while also possessing the ability to create new chart types or visual treatments as needed.
– Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of design quality throughout all presentations.
– Be available on-site during critical phases, particularly in the two-week sprint leading up to earnings calls, to provide real-time design support and iterate on presentation content as necessary.
– Handle quick turnaround requests and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
– Assist in linking Excel data to PowerPoint charts and maintaining data integrity within presentations.

Requirements:

– Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to manipulate data and create dynamic charts and graphs.
– Strong design skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
– Experience working in financial communications or a related field is preferred, but not required.
– Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders.
– Flexibility to work on-site during critical periods and accommodate changing priorities.
– Capacity to handle pressure and maintain a positive attitude in high-stress situations.
– Previous experience in creating presentations for C-suite executives is a plus.
