Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of entrepreneurial education with our client? We’re on the lookout for a savvy Marketing Manager to join their team and spearhead tactical marketing efforts their School of Entrepreneurial Leadership. This exciting role offers the chance to work closely with three of our vibrant centers and institutes, covering a mat leave on a temporary assignment. The onsite requirements are at most 1-2 times a week.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind executing tactical marketing initiatives.

Here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll be up to:

  1. Strategic Partner: Collaborate with the AVP of Communications and Marketing and the Director of Strategic Operations to craft and implement marketing plans.

  2. Brand Ambassador: Champion the marketing needs and ensuring they align seamlessly with the brand and overarching strategy.

  3. Content Creator Extraordinaire: Get ready to roll up your sleeves and craft compelling content, manage the online presence, and oversee digital marketing needs.

  4. Data Dynamo: Analyze the performance of marketing strategies, using data-driven insights to optimize and refine their approach.

  5. Enrollment Engager: Act as the primary contact for enrollment marketing communications, strengthening and promoting our Client’s community.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Marketing Maverick: 6-8 years of leadership experience in marketing or related fields, with a knack for tactical strategy execution.
  • Client Whisperer: Bring your agency or client-service mentality to the table, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organizational Guru: Juggling multiple projects is your superpower, and you thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Innovative Thinker: Embrace change, take initiative, and welcome new ideas to drive results and enhance the entrepreneurial spirit at Babson.
  • Also…Previous experience in education and/or women’s entrepreneurship would be ideal!

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $50/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
