We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer who can bring our brand vision to life through compelling packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, proficiency in illustration and die line creation, and a deep understanding of packaging production processes. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and advertising teams to conceptualize and execute packaging designs that elevate our brand identity and enhance the customer experience.


  1. Create packaging designs that effectively showcase our products while aligning with our brand aesthetic and values.
  2. Develop die lines and packaging prototypes based on product specifications and design requirements.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that packaging designs are consistent with overall brand messaging and objectives.
  4. Work on packaging designs a year in advance, with a focus on incorporating our new logo across all packaging by 2026.
  5. Utilize imagery, typography, and graphic elements to enhance the visual impact of packaging designs.
  6. Apply knowledge of photography to select and incorporate visually appealing images into packaging designs.
  7. Think critically about how packaging designs fit within the broader context of our brand and product offerings.
  8. Conceptualize different packaging ideas within a series and present them to the marketing team for feedback and approval.
  9. Proactively reach out with questions and seek clarification to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  10. Approach packaging design as a puzzle, striving to find innovative and cohesive solutions that resonate with our target audience.
  11. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and the advertising team to ensure consistency across all brand materials.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in packaging design and production.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • 6-12 years of experience in packaging design, preferably within the apparel industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design work and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.
  • Comfortable working within a team environment and receptive to feedback and direction.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $50 to $58 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
