Our well known tech client is looking for a UX Researcher to help shape strategic direction by conducting foundational, iterative, and evaluative research, taking into account product mission, team priorities, and a global user base. You’ll be able to collaborate and build relationships with UX Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, Program Managers, and other cross-functional partners. Also partner with other UXRs across pillars and adjacent teams to stay aligned and execute research for shared projects and goals. This position is also a great opportunity to develop and provide leadership with a well-founded point of view; Drive change by communicating findings to stakeholders in the company, including making research findings convincing and actionable for both research experts and non-experts; present often to senior leadership.
• Use knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods to conduct medium-to-high complexity research projects with little oversight.
• Able to communicate their findings clearly and concisely, and your work has a direct impact on product strategy and decision-making.
• Actively involved in contributing to the field of UX research, collaborating, and finding new ways to improve the user experience.
• Fully trusted, senior member of a team, and may be seen as a lead of a particular area, project, or initiative.
• In-depth interviewing, programmatic UXR project management, qualitative data analysis, report generation, and ability to analyze data.
• Surveys, mixed-methods UXR reporting, systems knowledge of Qualtrics and Dscout.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $88.51 to $98.34 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
