Our client is seeking a Financial Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of this role is to take ownership of financial activities within the organization, working closely with management to ensure effective partnership and support during critical moments. This position offers a unique opportunity to delve into various aspects of financial management in a fast-paced environment, with ample room for growth and development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of financial activities within the organization, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Coordinate projects related to financial systems and product roll-out, ensuring detailed plans are in place to accomplish goals.
  • Present and explain financial proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
  • Recruit, assign, and evaluate team members’ work, fostering their development and maintaining staff competence.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess the feasibility of financial projects.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management.
  • Understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products, especially PowerBi.
  • Experience with financial/budget management and data analytics.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, operations, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in business management, operations, finance, or product/program management.
  • Certification such as PMI or PMP is preferred.
  • Previous tech experience at a major Seattle based Tech company is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in increasing roles and responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of delivering quality work within timelines.
