We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team, responsible for driving our marketing efforts to new heights. In this role, you will:

1. **Data Analysis and Strategy Development**: Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization. Utilize these insights to inform and refine our testing strategies and overall marketing approach.

2. **Communication and Stakeholder Engagement**: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide regular updates and build trust with key stakeholders and leaders. Your ability to articulate strategies, results, and insights will be critical in aligning efforts and expectations.

3. **Campaign Management**: Plan and schedule marketing campaigns, overseeing the budget and making necessary adjustments to ensure both budget compliance and performance goals are met. Your strategic planning and financial acumen will guide the successful execution of campaigns.

4. **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work seamlessly across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work. Your collaborative spirit and leadership will ensure marketing objectives are aligned with organizational goals, fostering a unified approach to growth. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in marketing management, with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in professional non-internship marketing
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
• Strong written and verbal communication

Preferred:
• Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
• SQL skills and/or willingness to learn SQL

1) Testing/experimentation
2) Data analytics
3) Marketing budget experience

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.30- $44.30/ hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
