Our client’s product design team is growing to deliver new and engaging experiences across their company’s internal tools. Our client is looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team who is passionate about user experience design and wants to help shape the development of internal tools. The designer will research and design new user experiences based on business requirements. Deliverables include high-fidelity mockups and documentation required for pixel-perfect implementation. The role will work alongside designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure a successful product.

*Role Sits Remote, however candidate MUST be local to Silicon Valley or LA



  • A portfolio of work that showcases excellence in interaction design, visual design, and problem-solving.

  • Must have experience designing large-scale content management systems, internal tools, or portals.

  • Able to confidently lead and present a design-first vision, balancing highly technical data constructs and demanding user requirements.

  • 5+ years of design experience focusing on Web, iOS, or macOS interfaces.

  • Ability to communicate concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high fidelity comps, and prototypes, using Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Keynote, and similar tools.

  • Expertise in documenting interaction details, visual design specifications, and QA of the implemented product.


Ideal Candidate

  • Will have a passion for designing elegant user experiences with a proven track record of solving complex interaction problems across multiple platforms.

  • Have an eye for pixel-perfect detail, possess a strong blend of interaction and visual design skills, and have a grasp of user-centered design principles. 

  • Must have an affinity for consistency, color use, typography, and a keen eye for subtle details.

  • Provide deliverables under tight deadlines and with input from many cross-functional stakeholders. 

  • Be self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision. 

  • Have strong collaboration skills are a must, as well as calmness under pressure, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to cope with rapid change.



The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $71 to $78 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
