Are you a Merchandise Coordinator that is passionate about bringing a client’s vision to life and turning shoppers into fans? Together with our famous beauty brand client – you will unlock the full potential of their merchandise and watch their beauty brand flourish!

What you’ll do: 

  • Answer brands’ questions, such as how, where, and when brand should submit in the tool
  • Email brands due dates
  • Ensure brands are entering all information required for Partial or Final Submissions; follow up on any outstanding info
  • Until integration, you will need to double check what door counts brand has entered. This will require training.
  • Enter Dummy and Final SKU numbers into NPF, Bowser, and MCS
  • After a SKU has been created, if there are any changes, you will own updating and all other inquiries
  • (MCS. ex) brand updates UPC, retail, style number, etc.
  • Manually export partial and final Approved entries from NPF into Bowser

What you’ll need:

  • 1-2 year of data entry experience
  • Experience with SKUs, NPF, Bowser, and MCS

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25-$30/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
