Candidate must reside within a 100 miles of Richmond VA, Dallas, TX or Atlanta GA

Must be able to travel to corporate offices in Richmond at least 6 times per year for video shoots for candidates not located in Richmond VA

messaging skills to the table. As Senior Brand Content Editor, Social, you will report directly to
an Associate Creative Director on the Digital Media team.


  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute original high-quality content (video, graphic, photo,messaging) for all social media platforms to engage our audiences, build brandawareness in alignment with our standards, and convert/retain followers
  • Must have a polished portfolio showcasing organic social media content  post ( Instagram, TikTok, and Meta) in reels, video, etc for brands
  • Develop quarterly content plan based on fresh, custom concepts inspired by current trends
  • Lead a quarterly video shoot (plan, schedule, manage talent and editing schedules) to capture quarterly custom content
  • Serve as point person for agency-driven campaigns and influencers, selecting and reviewing creators and their content, and acting as the subject matter expert for social content
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to explore social campaign opportunities, extensions, and implement them
  • Monitor ongoing social and cultural conversations and trends unique to each platform, and identify topics that our target audience engages with to implement real-time opportunities
  • Increase engagement with and grow the number of followers on platforms
  • Work autonomously within the fast-paced environment of the digital media team


  • 2-4 years of hands-on digital content creation for social media platforms including
  • TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube for a retail corporation, internal agency, or advertising agency
  • Fluent in social media landscape and trends, and able to quickly pivot and evolve with the digital landscape
  • High-level, demonstrable skills in videography, editing, photography, motion design, and graphic design
