As a Creative Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in achieving our sales goals by increasing the impression and appeal of our products and brands by developing and executing engaging creative concepts for merchandising and retail animation, but also for print advertising, digital campaign, and promotion.

This role is HYBRID. Onsite 3x week in NYC (Manhattan). Working hours are 9am-6pm with a one hour lunch break. Excellent benefits are offered including 10% bonus, medical/dental/vision, 5 weeks PTO, 401K plan with 6% annual base salary match, and much more. 

Please note this is an in-office (design-oriented) position. It is NOT on the floor of a retail store.


Candidates MUST have 3D Design experience, a creative visual merchandising portfolio, and multi-brand beauty company experience .


Execute the strategy for promoting the brand images and the product offering as defined by the marketing teams.
Create, design, and come up with appealing and eye-catching concepts (designs, visuals, plans, renderings, 3D).
➢ Clearly understand the importance of the visual appeal and functional application of merchandising elements.
➢ Develop and execute the production of ready files for a variety of needs.
➢ Manage multiple projects and details in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail (graphic design layout, typography, print specifications, manufacturing specifications, materials, dimensions, assembly, feasibility).
➢ Consult brand guidelines and archival files to ensure the overall aesthetic and design consistency is maintained throughout our projects.
➢ Act in alignment to the brands universes and target market.
➢ Implement, negotiate, and liaise with suppliers to oversee the production, identify and source props, fabrics, hardware.
➢ Monitor time constraints, costs, and budget.

➢ Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications or similar.
➢ Proven work experience as a Creative Visual Merchandiser.
➢ Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio.
➢ Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and 3D design software.
➢ Strict adherence to brands and company philosophy/mission statement/sales goals.
Extensive knowledge of the fragrance and beauty industry (market, visual merchandising trends and best practices)
