This is a hybrid role and will work 4 days per week onsite at our client’s 345 Park Ave New York, NY location, and 1 day remotely.
Our client is looking for someone with deep financial services journalism experience. Perhaps they’ve written books. Someone who lives and breathes markets enough that they could be given a topic and execute by themselves.

Brand & Content Writer (Financial)
The Brand & Content team within our client’s larger Marketing group is looking for an Associate to support the firm’s content strategy and help bring it to life through content creation for our corporate website, email communications, social media channels, and more. This professional will also assist with content marketing for investor and industry audiences in partnership with business units.
– Execute on and evolve content strategy based on firm priorities, data-driven insights, and the evolving competitive landscape
– Support monthly editorial planning and production, pitching and executing content ideas that
advance brand marketing efforts while reflecting the firm’s commercial objectives
– Support content marketing efforts for priority business groups and their audiences
– Collaborate with the Marketing team’s Digital Strategy vertical and our agency partners on messaging and copy for paid media campaigns
– Draft briefs to guide video shoots, working with colleagues in businesses and Public Affairs team to develop talking points and messaging
– Collaborate with internal creative teams to edit and polish content into top-quality final product
– Advise on other content being produced at the firm (e.g., for investor channels)
– Coach more junior members of the team on their writing, editorial judgment, and communication skills
Deep understanding of financial services, particularly alternatives
2-4 years of experience, financial services or investment management
Exceptional writing skills with strong editorial judgment
Commitment to excellence and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to distill complex ideas into engaging narratives
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $64.85 to $70 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
