FANTASTIC PHOTO DIRECTOR OPPORTUNITY 

RELOCATION Assistance Provided if Needed

Our client, a leading provider of shipping supplies and business solutions, is looking for a new Photo Director/Associate Photo Director to join their company team.  The ideal candidate will bring their experience and eye for impeccable photography to the company’s award-winning creative department.  As Photo Director, lead our in-house photo studio to capture compelling imagery for print and digital marketing materials, including their renowned 800+ page catalog.

Position Responsibilities

  • Guide, direct and empower a photo studio team of 20+ employees to produce industrial product and lifestyle photography for B2B omnichannel marketing.

  • Collaborate with the Creative, Merchandising and Product Marketing departments to identify objectives and communicate photo project expectations.

  • Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in a creative, productive and timely manner.

  • Collaborate with the Imaging team and studio partners to optimize processes and workflows between groups.

  • Provide hands-on direction of photo shoots for studio, location and travel assignments.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in photography, design, marketing or a related field.

  • 7+ years of supervisory experience within the creative field. Experience in both design and photography preferred.

  • Knowledge of Capture One, Adobe Creative Cloud and Digital Asset Management programs.

  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
