Aquent has partnered with one of the most innovative and captivating creative agencies in New York City who is looking for a talented Associate Creative Director-Experiential to be part of their journey in shaping the future of immersive campaigns and content development!

We also specialize in creating world-class content – from captivating films and videos to stunning photography and cutting-edge graphic art – designed for maximum impact on social, digital, and live platforms.

Your Role: As our Associate Creative Director, you’ll be responsible for translating marketing objectives into clear creative strategies. You’ll uphold impeccable visual communication and brand standards, both internally and externally. Your knack for ideation will shine as you contribute to pitches and proposals and bring your ideas to life. Plus, you’ll lead the design framework for pitch decks and client presentations, all while weaving captivating brand stories and creative tactics into actionable execution plans.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of Experiential campaign experience
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Strong Design Skills: Excel in industry-standard design programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and production processes
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
  • Open to feedback, edits, and shifts in creative direction
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaboration with the JFS team and clients
  • Solid computer application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • In-depth knowledge of social media tools and digital platforms

Education and Experience:

  • Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with agency experience being a plus
